About the Instructor:

Jeffrey is the Owner and lead instructor of Bywater Tactical . He is a Martial Arts veteran with over 40 years of experience and expertise with a strong background in Hand 2 hand combat such as Jeet Kune Do, Kajukembo Martial Arts, Karate and Tae Kwon Do. In 2009 his interests and training started expanded towards firearms. From handguns, to carbines and shotguns. Already a teacher and trainer by trade it was only a matter of time before he became a certified firearms instructor. He is an NRA Firearms Instructor as well as a USCCA Firearms Instructor and has trained under industry legends such as Master Joe Ledbetter, the late Russel Mangum , Tyrone Thronton , and several other respected veterans of the firearms and self-defense community. Jeff is member of the NRA and has Masters in Criminal justice from Grambling state University
